Refund policy

1. HOW CAN I RETURN THE LOCAL ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)?

This policy pertains to exchanges only. We do not accept returns and refunds on any of our products.

2. HOW CAN I RETURN THE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)?

Return and refund are not accepted for international orders at Mumkins.

3. HOW TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?

We at Mumkins strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we have developed an exchange policy that allows you to exchange a purchased product in the event of any issues. Please note that this policy applies to products purchased both online and offline.

Currently, we offer exchanges for the online purchased products only in the cities listed below. You can locate the store in any of these cities with the help of a store locator.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The exchange must be requested within 3 days from the date of product delivery or purchase. Please note that exchange requests will not be processed on Sundays.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

  • Defective or damaged product: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange. Please note that this does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Incorrect product: If you receive a completely different product from what you ordered, you can exchange it for the correct one.
  • Sizing issues: In the case of apparel or footwear, if the size you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.

Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, visit any of our physical stores within 3 days from the date of purchase between Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that exchange requests will not be processed on Sundays.
  • Present the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the product you wish to exchange.
  • Our store staff will assess the condition of the product and verify your eligibility for exchange.
  • If the exchange is approved, you may choose a replacement product of the same value or higher, paying the difference if applicable. If the replacement product is of lower value, we will provide a store credit for the difference.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above or if there is evidence of misuse or tampering.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Please note the following regarding order cancellations:

Product Limitations:

  • There may be certain products that we are unable to accept or fulfil. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Right to Refuse or Cancel:

  • We retain the discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

  • If your credit card has been charged for a cancelled order, the order amount will be reversed and credited back to your card account.

Cancellation Process:

1. Timing of Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled (except in the cases mentioned above) only before they have been processed to be shipped.

2. Contacting Customer Support:

  • To cancel your order, please send an email to customersupport@mumkins.in
  • In the email, include the order number and specify the product(s) you wish to cancel.
