For international orders, the customs charges/duties/local taxes will be borne by the customer. They are not in our control and we can not assure you whether you need to pay or not for a particular order.
Within India:
3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch (Please note if your order has multiple products then your items will arrive in multiple shipments.)
International Orders:
12 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch

CANCELLATIONS
Please Note:
- There can be a certain number of products that we are unable to accept/fulfill and those must be cancelled
- We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- If you are charged for your cancelled order with your credit card then the order amount will be revered back to your card account
Cancellation Process:
- Orders can be cancelled (except the above conditions) until the orders are shipped
- Please email us at customersupport@mumkins.in in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- All returnable products should have their original packing, labels and tags intact. It should be unused, and unwashed
- You need to send us a return request at customersupport@mumkins.in within the 3 days of receiving the product having the order number, registered mobile number and product details you want to return
- Once the return request has been accepted, the courier partner will come to your shipping address to collect the package. Click an image of the product while handing it over to the courier partner and send the image on our WhatsApp number +91 72300 04281, which will confirm that the product returned is genuinely done.
- Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a gift voucher are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange

- You will be liable to pay the return shipping and Indian customs charges which is non-refundable
Local Orders (placed from India):
- After receiving the product at our location, the product(s) will go through a quality check
- If the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment (Shipping charges Rs. 100 will be deducted from your order value)
- Probably, it may take up to 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a gift voucher are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
International Orders (placed outside India):
- A refund will be initiated within 24 hours after the product successfully passes the quality check.
- You need to send us an exchange request at customersupport@mumkins.in within 7 days of receiving the product having the order number, registered mobile number and product details you want to return. Our team will get in touch with you to process your exchange.
- Exchanging the products with bigger and smaller sizes is available for one time only
- Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a gift voucher are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days from the delivery date) at customersupport@mumkins.in with your order number, product details, and registered mobile number if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
